The Portuguese group use Savannah, for the moment only for
mailing-list purpose :
http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/fsfe-portugal, and are planning
to use others tools of Savannah (bug/task tracking system,forum
management,cvs ...) when the chapter will be created (and associate
organizations too).
