No, I know, but the only real point made in favour of savannah has
been that it's where some other FSFE chapters are/will be and savannah
has the bug that it can't co-operate easily with projects it doesn't
host.

What are these other good points?  Why isn't the Portuguese group
using it?  I don't find FSFE-portugal on savannah, I only see FSFE
itself and (part of?) the France group when I search for "FSFE".
