finally!

we fixed all the pstricks and other adon packages problems we have been having
since somebody first said "can i use LaTeX on windows?"!

there are no longer any pstricks files in the CVS tree, and the file SETUP now
has (half) decent instructions for installing pstricks (and adons) on your UNIX
or Windows machines.

if someone could please expand the Windows section with MikTeX install
instructions, that would be appreciated.

mark is going to check the windows install later on today and add in the
appropriate paths to SETUP, so when you get this email, all should be working.

sorry for any inconvenience caused to anyone who can't build the book anymore
using the old system, but this is a much better and cleaner way to do it!

also, i'd like to encourage authors to let us all know what you are working on
at the moment on this list! :-)
