Yeah, that's what happens when I try to be too clever and use
emacsclient to call a function in my emacs-wiki-init.el file to
htmlize some of my source code.  When I try to publish while logged in
remotely, the server process gets killed and that part of the
publishing stage fails.

Things should look correct now.  The .html.html suffix means that the
original file had the .html extension, and this is a colored, htmlized
version of the source code of that HTML file.

Thanks for letting me know about the link brokenness.
