moving point over invisible and intangible text |

Symptoms:
When I add intangible and invisible properties to a line of text, moving
the cursor with up and down over this text works only partially.
Example:

Now I mark the whole line2 (incl newline) as invisble and intangible so that
it looks like:

line1
line3
line4
--- snip ---
If the cursor is at the beginning of line3, <down> doesn't work.
If the cursor is at the end of line3 (on the new line), <up> doesn't work.
In GNU Emacs 21.3.50.27 (sparc-sun-solaris2.8, Motif Version 2.1.0)
of 2003-10-10 on sfsws4
