The GTK-QT theme engine (
http://kdelook.org/content/show.php?content=9714 ) links to QT and is
GPL. If I distribute a commercial application linking to gtk, I will
not violate any licensing, if the user choose to use the theme.
.NET/dotGNU programmers that link to SWF assemblies would not violate
any licensing, if the user chooses to activate a GPLed theme engine in
a different assembly.
That make since to me?
