I think this has been introduced in 3.5 with their separate numbering scheme.

- Don't know why or how this occurred but doing a new migration from 3.6 to 3.7b again, the payment-invoice relationships are back again…
Been able to reproduce the issue. In fact it arises only when FACTURE_DEPOSITS_ARE_JUST_PAYMENTS is enabled.
So this is a side effect of this hidden parameter. I understand this is unsupported, so I'll close this report and cook a fix on my own. - Raphaël Doursenaud 20/11/2014 15:57
- Ok, I can confirm that the payment-invoice relationship has been somewhat lost migrating from a 3.6 to 3.7b.
The payment itself still exist but doesn't reference the invoice and conversely.
This is a totally different issue that has slipped into this one. I'll open a separate bug.
For this one, please only consider my initial description of the defect (deposit invoices) that I've been able to spot again in our production 3.6.1. - Raphaël Doursenaud 20/11/2014 15:47
- Sorry, had to remove the paid invoices screenshot because I didn't anonymize it correctly.
But this revealed another weirdness: the payments seem to have disappeared. It may be the root cause of the problem. I'm looking further into it and will come back once I know more. - Raphaël Doursenaud 20/11/2014 15:43

- Looking further into it, it seems that no customer invoice, regardless of their type, appear at all!
