Deposit invoices do not appear in the quarterly VAT report as they should.
I think this has been introduced in 3.5 with their separate numbering scheme.

- Sorry, had to remove the paid invoices screenshot because I didn't anonymize it correctly.
But this revealed another weirdness: the payments seem to have disappeared. It may be the root cause of the problem. I'm looking further into it and will come back once I know more. - Raphaël Doursenaud 20/11/2014 15:43

- Looking further into it, it seems that no customer invoice, regardless of their type, appear at all!
