GNU compilers are ready to be set up as cross compilers. Just
configure them appropriately (./configure --target=...), do the
same for ld and as, collect headers and libraries (e.g. MinGW
environment) and you're done. In theory at least, practice
probably has some minor hurdles.
Might be even an improvement as you can do all coding from
ProjectBuilder / ProjectCenter, just testing goes on Win.
And why virtual PC when I have windows boxen right here?
