Thanks for pointing it out. But I'm not sure what the right fix is.

Anyway, I will rewrite the Programmer Reference Manual, once the
source code is stabilized, because it is quite out-of-dated. Don't
care much about inaccurate sentences for now.

What does this mean?

Note that I have a strong objection to that. It is your freedom to
implement that in your own version, but I wouldn't agree to
integrating that with the official version.
