Hallo!
I installed Linux on a Laptop on which Windows NT was already installed
(the partition took only 1/3 of the hd, so the rest was left for Linux).
After installing GRUB NT gave me a bluescreen while booting (see
attachment) which is explained by
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q137/5/39.asp as some
kind of hardware failure. After erasing GRUB by doing "fdisk /MBR" from
a DR-DOS 7.03 floppy NT boots without problems.
I used the latest CVS version of GRUB using chainloading, i.e.
makeactive (hd0,0)
chainloader (hd0,0)+1
[NT is on (hd0,0)]
