Actually, it's such a good idea and was so easy to do that I've
commited a patch which seems to do the trick - if you turn off cubeful
in the main page, cubeful chequer play early and late, player 0 and
player 1 is also switched off. If you turn it on on the main page,
nothing is done to the individual pages.
