I did steps 1, 2 and 3 from: http://wiki.axiom-developer.org/BuildAxiom
to build axiom on windows. I check out build-improvements branch.
What else do I need before I try to compile it. How would it affect that
build-improvements do not compile noweb anymore (hope I am correct
about that last statement), do i need to install it manually?
