Do you guys have his markup source?  It may make things a bit easier
for me to get started to go by example.

Looking at how the FreeBSD documentation is produced, the doc folks
provide us with a nice 'docproj' port that installs all the necessary
stuff.  I think the primary tool used is called 'jade', to which you
specify a '-t' option to generate the different output types.  For an
example of this, see:

The following seems to be an excellent tutorial on using DocBook:

This appears to be what new FreeBSD documentation contributers are
indoctrinated with :-), but I'm sure most of it applies to DocBook in
general.
