The only problem with intl was that mingw32 doesn't declared one
language (the one I disabled), which caused the compilation to fail. But
since I never heard about it, it must not be that spread ;)

Definitely. So, does it mean it works now? Under Windows, and so on?

Ooops. Sorry. But I HAD to forget something after so many changes,
