Mine is
pnee_LDADD = -L../../ -L../../libxnee/src $(INTLLIBS) $(PANEL_LD_FLAGS) -lxnee -lXtst $(LIBSEMA)   $(libgnomeui_LIBS) $(gtk_LIBS)

I don't need xnee to work under Fedora 14, but I will test anything that you want.
Another option is booting from a Fedora 14 Live CD.
