Thanks for this offer!

It generally works the way that you coordinate this with the respective
GNU translation team, as per
<http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.translations.html>.

However, I'm ``currently'' working on migrating the Hurd's web pages to a
different system, to combine them with the Hurd wiki.  Translations will
have to work a different way then.  Of course, you're free to
nevertheless start translating pages already now, as most of the texts
might be moved to different places, but the content will stay the same.

Please contact the German translation team about getting access, or ask
here if there are questions.
