The Repositiry must solve two problems.  One is
preventing observation of the data from a node host
computer.  The other is recovery of data when a node
drops out of the Cluster.  The CFS can deal with the
former, but not the latter.

We have a design proposal for this but I haven't got
it on line yet.  That's my next project for the docs.
