The build is only example. The aim is to know if mingw compil dll that could be usable with visual studio. It's not already the TSP core.

 

The next step is to compile the TSP core with it, and use it whith visual studio.

When you have patch you should preferably put them through the patch tracker:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/?group=tsp

when posting to any trackers interested
tsp admin do have automatic notification, so they should handle this just fine.

However you may advertise the patch disposal on the ML
if you want broader attention (it's OK).
