When you have patch you should preferably put them through the patch tracker:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/?group=tsp
when posting to any trackers interested
tsp admin do have automatic notification, so they should handle this just fine.
However you may advertise the patch disposal on the ML
if you want broader attention (it's OK).
