I think Tlf doesn't support natively the CQ 160m contest.

These are the similar rule files:
- ARRL-10m
  DX stations uses serial as exchange
- ARRL-DX
  DX stations uses power as exchange

If you use any of that above, and DX stations gives the CQ zone, that should be use as exchange instead of serial or power.

I think the multipliers are same as on CQ 160m... But in most cases, the organizers calculates the scores, it's not problem if you don't send the correct score :)
