The arrlss config is just a bare minimum, you have to add the rest to your 
liking.  I have found the current config file to work w/o a problem except 
for leaving out a minor part of the exchange, which you can search/replace 
into the cabrillo file when you're done [just one search/replace action is 
needed to fix the exchange according to ARRL Cabrillo specification, which 
can be found on the ARRL Cabrillo web page].  Note I don't use memory keyer, 
so I don't know about that part.  The important items are the 7 items at the 
bottom of the file.  Good luck in the test!
