I think I want to call the AIS server, or possibly the packet returned
from the server, a "spravka."  Spravka is Russian for official
identifying document such as birth certificate or resident alien card.

When I lived in USSR I was issued a modest spravka which allowed me to
use the municipal swimming pool.

We would then have the following nomenclature, related to the
terms in the AIS presentation document:

        "spravka server"  ===  AIS server
        "spravka client"  ===  AIS client
        "spravka"         ===  the informative AISXML block
