They say shipping rates vary, depending on the item you order. So I just
picked a book, proceeded to checkout to see the shipping charges which
totaled ~ 12.5$ and then canceled my order.
Of course I may have picked an oversized, 1000 page hardcover by
accident, but I don't think so :)
