The switch to svn is complete, as far as I know.  (I made a first commit
to svn to eliminate the useless extra texinfo/ level.)  If needed, the
checkout recipe(s) are at:
https://savannah.gnu.org/svn/?group=texinfo

There could well be eof/keyword/etc. issues to fix up; I tinkered with
the cvs2svn options to do what seemed to make sense for us, but didn't
check into all of the results.

I've disabled cvs (looks like the www repo stays active, that's nice).
I wish vc url's could be stable, but we'll have to switch any we come
across.
