[Texi2html] Feature request: use non-breaking hyphens in @w

Hi,

I'd like hyphens within a @w argument to be converted to
non-breaking hyphens in html (entity #8209).  This would
prevent line breaks as would be expected with the @w
command.  Is there a possibility that this can be
implemented?
