[Texi2html] Feature request: address@hidden false' + address@hidden' = `& #8209; '

Hi,

When @allowcodebreaks is set to false, hyphens within blocks
of @code (and related commands*) would ideally be converted
to non-breaking hyphens in html (entity #8209).  Is there a
possibility that this can be implemented?

* By "related commands" I mean whichever commands were
  implied by the authors of the Texinfo manual, when they
  used that phrase in the entry for @allowcodebreaks:
