Ok, I tried this command line and also with the '-r' parameter changed to 2500.
No errors are
reported, but when I try to play
the file using gflashplayer, all I see is the first frame. The same thing
happens when I try to
view it using a flash enabled browser.
Any ideas what I need to do ? Would the output of 'swfdump' be useful ?

Would '-r 2500' also be okay ? I'm asking because the capture from the webcam
using ffmpeg uses a
frame rate of 25 fps.
Thanks
