[Swarm-Support] Mac problem followup

Hey, MacSwarmers:

Remember yesterday I was asking about all that compiler harassment?  I 
don't think I would have asked the list, except the application did not 
run. But I forgot to mention that.

All swarm apps end the same way:

>./conway1
> error: TkExtra (instance)
>
> Abort trap

I'll try to go get a backtrace on that Mac tomorrow.  But I was hoping 
you would give me a hint about what to look for. I have no idea if he 
has gdb installed.  If there's any special mustard to make gdb work on a 
Mac, I'd appreciate knowing before I go.
