Yes, I have these versions installed.

I checked LD_LIBRAY_PATH, it seems all ok.
I suppose that the first problem is that, during "interpretation" of
file "/usr/lib/blt2.4/bltDragdrop.tcl", the output is: Tcl -eval:)
syntax error in expression " $tcl_version >= 8.0 ".
I suppose it doesn't know $tcl_version. How can I verify or set this?
