One goof I sometimes make is forgetting that Windows uses semicolon
separators in the CLASSPATH. I have used JView before and did just
what you described: the full DOS-style pathname of swarm.jar followed
by a semicolon, followed by the full path of Sun JDK's (at the time
1.2.2) rt.jar. Perhaps a simple "Hello World" sanity check not involving
Swarm would be appropriate?
WS> My second problem is a bit more involved.
The first thing I'd suggest is updating to the latest swarm.jar and
javaswarm.dll. These are available at:
ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest
gunzip swarm.jar and put it in /Swarm-2.1.1/share/swarm and gunzip
javaswarm.dll and put it in /Swarm-2.1.1/bin.
If that doesn't work, I'll look at your model if you e-mail it to me off
the list..
