I just heard a report on the gcc list that 3.0 does build given Cygwin
1.3.2.  Maybe it is just that the Cygwin include files in the Swarm
distribution are dated.  (I suspect the bleeding edge CVS is broken in
a more structural way based on the error message, though.)
