That explains it--I was looking in the postscript refbook
(refbook-java-2.1.1.ps.gz, p. 86), but the constructors aren't described
there. I'll use the online HTML from now on. You might add a note on the
release-docs web page that the "packaged documentation" may not be complete
to avoid future confusion.
