Re: VarProbe.m 2001-02-02 snapshot

Now we are starting to cook.

The latest snapshot compiles and tests out-of-the-box on our Compaq XP1000
OSF5.0.
I have run ASM and heatbugs, and I am so far unable to crash them.  My
style is a little cramped because I am working over a 33k phone connection
(and you thought ISDN was slow!)

On Monday, I will try to test the functionality.
