swarm.jar etc. (patch) versions

Hi,

I installed the patch versions of javaswarm.dll, swarm.dll and swarm.jar on
my NT from ftp.swarm.org . I now get a runtime error message
"java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: globalZone" with cygwin and

StartSimpleBug.class successfully loaded
java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: swarm.Globals: field env not found
    at StartSimpleBug.main(StartSimpleBug.java:13)
    at symantec.tools.debug.MainThread.run(Agent.java:48)

with Visual Cafe when trying to run SimpleObserverBug2 (java version). On
the (old install-still-with-memory-leak) Solaris machine it still works as
it did before.

Can someone please indicate what could be the problem here?
