        The problem is properly this: kaffe is installed, as you can see 
below:

        The javaswarm message says

address@hidden jheatbugs-2.1]$ javaswarm StartHeatbugs/usr/bin/javaswarm
/usr/lib/kaffe/bin/Kaffe: No such file or directory

        and effectively Kaffe is located in /usr/lib/kaffe, not in 
/usr/lib/kaffe/bin

        Creating /usr/lib/kaffe/bin and copying there Kaffe does the 
jheatbugs to start, but pressing start it immediately crashes.
