Thanks Paul, I appreciate your time. I have embedded answers following each
question. As a note, I was never told / asked by the swarm install to re-start
my machine.

<rant on> I really fuss at that kind of restriction. I am never sure whether
that restriction, to drive C: only, is an indication of programmer ignorance
or laziness. It certainly indicates that they have not considered the users.

I did not have to. The install, I am not sure whether it was Cygnus or Swarm,
did it for me.

I am running as the user that did the install. Later I will try it as other
users. Probably have to set up some kind of config file.
