problems dropping action plan

Hi everyone,
  just tried running my Swarm app in batch mode for the first time 
since porting from 1.2 to 1.4.1. It used to work fine and I`m fairly 
sure I didn`t change anything, but now it crashes at run time, after 
the first model has run, with the following message:

*** event raised for error: SourceMessage
*** function: _i_Schedule_c__drop(), file:
/src/swarm-1.4.1/src/activity/Compoun dAction.m, line: 215 > cannot
drop action plan still referenced by an uncompleted activity ***
execution terminating due to error

Couldn`t figure this out from the porting notes or Swarm FAQ... can 
anyone help? Thanks,
