Graphs XY in Swarm!!!

Hi all
 I have a little problem with my model.
All I have to do is a simple line graph, in which on Y axis there's a data
and on X axis another data.
In Swarm is implemented line graphs "Y versus time" style.
Does anyone know if there a way to plot the graph I need to finish my model?
Or Should I program myself the routines?
