If you have Xemacs-20.3, you can use the OO-Browser to generate such a
hierarchy. 
It is graphical only if you have an 8 bit display.  I find this helpful
to look at everything that exists.

I was recently working on a project and dumped the hierarchy listing
objects descending from "Object" and you can look it over here to see if
it is informative and consider if you want to try Xemacs-20.3.  If you
do this inside Xemacs, you can click on each class, see its source, list
all methods available to a class, ans so forth. (OO-Browser is not in
20.4).
