Hi,

Just like Prof. Peter Hauptmanns, I'm just trying to make people aware of what 
they are doing. The address "address@hidden" seems to be a personal 
alias of Prof. Nigel Gilbert, there is no reason why someone would write to 
that address asking to join or leave a list. The list to be joint or not is 
address@hidden (and requestes are to be sent to 
address@hidden). The problem that's happening here is that both 
people wanting to subscribe and people irritated with the noise wrote to 
address@hidden, whici is an address no one appart from Prof. Nigel 
Gilbert should have written to. So lets us all do the right thing and stop 
writing to address@hidden whatever the resaon, shall we?
