Probing *Class* objects?

Well, I'm digging my way through the docs, and I may yet find the
answer - but just in case someone can cut the exercise short: is it
possible to create probes (especially a ProbeDisplay) attached to a
*class* object?  I happen to have an application where this would be
rather useful! (I can work around it, but a Class object probe
seems like the simplest idea - if its possible...)
