Thanks for the screendumps. Since they were in postscript, I can't be
sure, but it looks like the problem is the font that's being used is
too big - that would explain the scaling problems. A GIF of the
screen would be better (xgrabsc can do this), but if the postscript
file truly looks like what's on the screen, that's it.

And I'm mystified. Swarm doesn't touch fonts, we just take the
defaults. I'm not even sure how to figure out what fonts are being
used. Are you using standard MIT X11R6, or something that HP
distributes?
