another interesting win'95 error

Only to add to the Win'95 release confusion I present to the Swarm 
community another error. I think you might find this one rather 
interesting.The error is as follows:

Original error: in unknown: invalid command name: tkScreenChanged
Error in bgerror: in unknown: invalid command name: bgerror

After succeeding in compiling Swarm 1.1 under Win'95. I proceeded to 
compile heatbugs ecountering no problems. Then, I tried to run the program. 
To my surprise I found none of the buttons worked.  I checked stdout and 
found the above error.
If anyone has encountered this error or knows what caused it would be 
greatly appreciated.
