It seems to be quickly getting back to normal now, after an sks restart.

Yep, my log.db file is full with messages like these (sks-1.0.9/FreeBSD):

The last messages before that were quite normal,

I may have been running an 'sks dump' at the time though, but completely
missed the following problems.
