Whoever picks this up - remember to check your work with GnuPG.  Many
versions (including the stable line) don't read the "options=mr"
machine-readable indexes.  If you change the index output too much, it
won't work with GnuPG.  The suggested change to add keytype letters is
fine, by the way.  The parser knows how to handle that already.

It knows how to handle this as well in the PKSD way.  That is, use the
string "*** KEY REVOKED ***" as the first user ID (the one on the
"pub" line).
