[Sipwitch-devel] Missing sipwitchrc/sipwitch.conf man page

As I am going through the sipwitch.conf file, I came to the realization
that there is no man page for it.  It is mentioned along with sipwitchrc
in the sipw man page, but there is no corresponding page in the FC
package.  Am I missing something?

If not, I would be happy to write the man page for it.  I think having
the man page with the various options explained would do a lot reduce
the questions regarding SIP Witch.
