Details:

This is a rework of the SPI implementation. It uses a lot less code, is
simpler and various bugs have been removed.

Changes: CycleList problem fixed, IRQ SPSR problem fixed, rate problem with
SPI2X and max. speed fixed, redundant code removed, HWSPi and HWMegaSpi
integrated.

Last but not least, some basic cross checks of the various modes against real
hardware (simulated ATmega8 vs. real one) have been made with a simple
loopback circuit and the AVR sampling its own input.
