I've cleaned up the problems that Reinhard found.

I also threaded the regression test engine to speed up running the tests. 
I see about 3.4x speed up with 4 threads (4 simulavr's running at same 
time). I still need to have the regression engine spawn simulavr itself, 
but I get that in the next release.

If things look good with what's in cvs, I'll make the 0.0.14 release 
tomorrow.
