This package does not require any specific TeX package as it acts as a
graphical program for accessing the included documentation in a usual TeX
installation. Texdoctk previously was a independently developed package that
formed part of the main TeX Live distribution however, due to development
going dormant, I stepped forward to take on development.

The texdoctk package is licensed under the GNU GPL License and is listed
here:
